Chelsea Giles, Practice Manager

Chelsea has worked for Dr. Moulton since April of 2009.  She has worked in all areas of the practice and is honored to lead Dr. Moulton's team.  Her main priority is ensuring that you are completely satisfied: from your initial call, throughout your entire treatment process and upon your return to your general dentist's care.  Chelsea ensures that you are treated with the highest level of integrity and that each patient receives excellent care from our team. Chelsea strives to build and maintain a strong team with members who believe in and support Dr. Moulton’s vision, goals & high standards.

If you have questions about any of the treatment that Dr. Moulton provides or recommends, Chelsea is always available to talk through it with you.  She assists Dr. Moulton with the Spear Study Clubs that he leads for local referring dentists, orthodontists and endodontists.  Chelsea loves to help patients better understand their periodontal condition and enjoys getting to know all of the patients that we see.

Chelsea is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers and engages actively with local dental office mangers, as well as managers across the United States.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and spent 9 years in the Mental Health field and 3 years in Criminal Justice prior to coming to work for Dr. Moulton. Dentistry always interested her, so her love of learning, combined with Dr. Moulton’s love of teaching made for a great team.  You may see Chelsea on the golf course with her husband Steve or in a gym watching her 2 daughters play volleyball and basketball.  She has 2 grandchildren who live too far away with her oldest daughter & son-in-law and a son in the military who is getting married this summer!

Alicia Lazalde, New Patient Coordinator

Alicia joined the Ridge Crest team in June of 2013.  Alicia is the comforting voice you hear on the phone and the happy face who greets you at our practice. She is the amazing individual who coordinates with your general dentist's office to obtain your records prior to your New Patient Exam.  Alicia ensures that we have all of your records and we are well prepared before your visit.  She puts everyone at ease with her sweet demeanor and kind spirit.  She is the voice you'll hear on the phone to remind you about appointments and she is even multi-lingual for all of our Spanish speaking patients which has been such an immense blessing for our practice!

Beth assists Dr. Moulton with procedures and will make sure you are comfortable before, during and after your treatment.

Valrie Johnson, RDH/Treatment Coordinator

We happily welcomed Valrie to Ridge Crest in March 2014 as a part-time hygienist and full time treatment coordinator.  Valrie meets with all new patients once Dr. Moulton has recommended treatment and helps make financial arrangements.  If you have dental insurance, Valrie has reviewed your benefits and will explain to you what your insurance may pay towards your treatment.  If you have comprehensive needs, Valrie will meet with you and Dr. Moulton during a Treatment Conference following your initial New Patient Exam.  During the Treatment Conference, Dr. Moulton will explain your conditions, tell you about the risks of not proceeding with treatment & the benefits of doing treatment, and then present his recommended treatment for your optimal outcome.  Valrie will be recording everything Dr. Moulton is telling you and then she will meet with you to help make financial arrangements for the recommended treatment and explain any insurance coverage, if applicable. She is an extremely focused and driven individual who will work hard to find comfortable arrangements for you.  Valrie is so versatile and extremely beneficial to our team!

Jamie Marboe, RDH

Jamie began working with us in May of 2013.  With over 30 years' experience in dentistry, she has so much to offer to our patients.  Jamie loves to help patients understand their individual dental health conditions and she has a passion for teaching patients, other hygienists & even dentists about the link between periodontal disease and overall health! Don't be surprised if you leave Jamie's chair a more educated person about the oral-systemic links of periodontal disease because Jamie loves to teach people.  In fact, she is a member of Inspired Hygiene where she teaches dental offices around the United States to improve their hygiene departments to take better care of their patients.  How awesome is it that she is right here to see our patients several times per month?

Jamie has been a dental assistant, hygiene consultant, licensed hygienist, university clinical instructor and software trainer.  Despite all of her titles, she still loves to spend time working with her patients and never wants to give up hands-on patient care.
